I offer One to One Street Photography workshops to all levels of photographer with routes in London, Cambridge, Brighton, Margate and Canterbury.
These sessions are a great introduction for people who are new to street photography as well as offering advanced techniques to the more experienced photographer.
During the workshop I will provide insights in the following areas:
• Getting over the fear of shooting strangers on the streets and how to move unnoticed.
• Basic street techniques.
• Learning the different types of light and how best to use them.
• What to look out for, anticipation and how to work a scene.
• Composition, framing and subframing techniques.
• Finding contrast and creating silhouettes.
• How to isolate your subject.
• Layering interest in your work.
• Using textures and abstraction.
The whole workshop is street led and hands on with me sharing a way of seeing, no matter the location or weather!
If you would like me to visit your town or city or if you’d like me to come up with a more bespoke session that specifically suits your requirements, please get in touch. Multi person, multi day intensive workshops are also available!
